A small house I came across when we were in Waikanae early last year, 2009.  I wasn't going to add this location at first because it was such a small home, but after all it was a exploration and I enjoyed browsing the old fridge,oven & washer. I was surprised the house was in average to good condition, especially being on the main road in the town in a residential area considering some of the abandoned houses I've seen. It's easily had no art deco maintenance or upgrades in the last 50 years so thats excalty why I took these photos!
